Great response time and repair.
I lived here since January 2025, I never had any problem with my unit or management. Maintenance is always on time. The girls in the rental office are welcoming and respectful. Very Quiet neighborhood. These apartments are close to many grocery stories like Walmart, Target, Aldi.
If you enjoy quiet place you will love this place. Just try your best to control your noise so others can enjoy the quietness too. The management team are very kind : Manager Val, Kaylah, and everyone in the office are very kind. During the summer , you will enjoy seeing the birds flying around your balcony. The neighbors are friendly.
