I had a wonderful experience with this jeweler and the appraisals were detailed and accurate, perfect for insurance purposes. Betty, the guard dog, and Helen were a delight.. it's the type of place that makes you wish you had more reasons to stop by, which is just a rare treat anymore.
Going around to large stores here in Winston-Salem to get my Omega watch clasp repaired, I was told it could not be done Even sending it back it back to the company. They wanted to sell me a new band for 2,500.00!! Someone suggested I come to Salem Gem Lab … When John was finished it only Cost $60.00!!! My band has been completely restored and I’m so very happy!
I went in today around 3pm needing my ring resized and repaired rather quickly . Not only was my ring ready in a hour but Betty , Helen and John were so sweet ! My ring has never looked better and they were so accommodating, by far best jeweler around !
I had a ring appraised here recently the owner and staff here are very professional and friendly! The services were reasonably priced, especially for their expertise in this area.
I initially took my San Marcos bracelet over to be repaired @ 6 months ago, I gave a raving review 5 stars to this establishment, Thanked Helen, the owner, and John, the repairman, (actually John was very personable) which amassed over 480 views! I've since noticed that all Caucasians received a Personal Thank you for their comments, AND I never received a Thank You or a heart! Why is that? Is it because I am a Woman of Color?
