I purchased a ring for my honey and needed to get it sized. I wanted to use a local jeweler instead of one of the chain jewelry stores. I found Salem Gem Lab on Google. We were immediately greeted by Betty at the door. She was so kind, personable and knowledgeable. I was surprised that it took less than 20 minutes to size the ring to perfection. I will refer all of my friends to Salem Gem Lab. Awesome Experience!!!

We have been needing to replace my wedding ring that I lost 12 years ago and it’s been emotional for me; Helen has been a complete and amazing superstar, she found me a diamond that I absolutely adore with the most spectacular setting that she picked out. I’m so excited about my new ring, it feels like I’m a new bride!
This is truly a beautiful establishment! I went in with my wedding bands needing sized and attached together and they had it done beautifully in 3 hrs ! I also have to mention the beautiful collection of antique jewelry as well as the custom jewelry by the lovely gemologist!! I definitely will keep my business here!!
