Sub-par care. Not a professional, knowledgeable, or caring feel or look to the place. Dentist was condescending and age-ist (“sweetie”). Hygienist was very inexperienced. I gave it a try, now that I’m on Medicare, but if this is what’s out there, I’ll pay out of pocket. Office, like many, are headed by a big name dentist, who opens a number of branches with minions just beginning, or trying to, make a dentist career.
