Find another endocrinologist. This office is negligent. They won't answer the phone. I'm now on day 3 waiting for my RX to be sent to the pharmacy. There is no attention made to observing covid protocols, which is also upsetting. The worst experience I've had in all my 70 years of visiting medical facilities.
You can NEVER reach a live person on the telephone. You call, leave a message and maybe they will call you back that same day, maybe not. If you love to play phone tag, this is the place for you.
