I came in for my first cleaning at Roots Dental Salem and the front desk had excellent customer service. I did not have to wait at all and was taken back right away. The hygienist took the time to explain what was going to happen and what to expect before starting her job. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and felt very relax during the whole process. I highly recommend this dental office as this was the most throughly cleaning that I have had.
Went in for a routine cleaning, but things took a divine turn when the hygienist gasped and called in the entire staff to witness what can only be described as a Lenten dental miracle—my plaque had formed a perfect image of the Virgin Mary on the upper first molar. The dentist debated whether to remove it or contact the Vatican. In the end, she decided “oral health over holy relics” and power-washed my divine tartar away. Had to have broken tooth pulled. Never been to office before and they were able to get me in with in one hour of call. They were very attentive and caring. Made every effort to make experience as pleasant as possible.
I love being a patient at Salem Dental. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional and friendly. Dr. Huish is outgoing and knows how to connect with his patients on a personal level. It is a very well-run, well-organized practice. I had implants put in and they have a very cool system for fitting the dentures to a mouth that didn’t really want to mess with it! I recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental work.
I am a long time and very happy Salem Dental patient! Today I was seen for a permanent crown and a sinus lift as prep for an implant. Both the Drs and their teams were amazing. I am always greeted with a smile and the wait time is minimal if any at all! I have the utmost confidence, respect and appreciation for the entire Salem Dental team. Thank you for everything you do!
