I had great treatment here. All the staff from front desk to dentists and financial consultant were extremely personable and kind as well as very knowledgeable and was able to explain the how and why of how they reached their recommended treatment plan. They asked me what kind of outcome I was looking to get and created several treatment options specifically for what I wanted. They did scans, cleaning, and full exam for me. We are new patients to Roots Dental. The staff are very kind and made sure we understand everything going on. Angie is the best hygienist ever. She is kind explains things as the cleaning continues. Angie makes getting your teeth cleaned a more enjoyable experience. I would recommend Roots Dental. Your dental experience will be much more pleasant.
Having been to visit various dentists for 65 years or so, I have never had a hygienist do such a thorough job as Richard. It has been a very long time since my teeth and gums felt so healthy. I am so impressed with his work that I cancelled my husband's appointment in order to have Richard perform the teeth cleaning. Kudos!
I called for an emergency appt and was gotten in right away. The dentist that I saw was wonderful. I was given a thorough exam and care options discussed as well as a suggestion for treatment. The dentist and staff were exceptional, and I would highly recommend this office in particular if you have had less than positive dental experiences in the past. This office will change your attitude towards dental care. Give them a chance, you won't regret it!
I have always received amazing service and treatments at Salem Dental, whether I'm there getting a cleaning or needing other dental services. Recently, my last few appointment there were with Mark Haskell DDS. If he had been the very first dentist I had ever seen, I would feel completely different about the whole 'going to the dentist, thing'! He is my new hero! I broke a tooth with a crown on it.
