Went in with a lot of questions today and met Deano. He listened, answered everything question I threw at him, seemed genuinely interested in getting me on the right bike rather than an expensive one, and ultimately, set me up with a great bike at a ridiculous price. It was a great experience, and I can't say enough good things about this place.
I'm a cyclist from LA, visiting relatives, and thought it would be great to check out the local bike shop - so I did! Bought a cool new jersey with the shop logo on it - which will be a functional yet novel item to sport back in SoCally. The staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't need any serious new gear, as I have it covered back home. However, you can never have too many jerseys. Looking forward to representing!
I've brought my bike in twice and had outstanding service both times. I won't bring it anywhere else. Dan and his crew know their stuff and go above and beyond. Salem is lucky to have them around!
