This review may just be feedback to Salem Clinic, because I don't know if my doc or others at the clinic have the capacity to accept new patients. With that disclaimer, I can attest to my very positive experience with everyone at the clinic since I first found them, about 30 years ago. I've had 3 different pcp's in that period (1 moved away, 1 retired and for the past 3 years I've been with #3, Dr. Jeffrey Stoessl). Horrible clinic. Gave me 100% wrong information. Quoted me $63 for a charge was hit with over $400 bill. Doctors are incompetent. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. All they care about is taking your money

I have always received great care from here. 20 years and counting.
This is regarding only the lab at the Capital St. clinic. I checked in at the front desk at 12. The lab was busy, so I knew there would be a wait. Patients were being called in quickly, and by 12:25 everyone who was there when I checked in had been taken care of, yet they started taking people who had arrived well after I did. When I went to the scheduling person and asked, she said it would be another 20 - 30 minutes. When I told her I couldn't wait another half hour, all she said was "okay". No explanation. No apology.
