I had purchased a 2010 jeep from david, as i was driving home the problems started an got worse i had the jeep in the shop 5 times in 2 months put 2000 into it to find a bent frame, so i took him to court not salem used auto, i won but david never made a attempt to pay me ,
Bought an 2002 Accord in May for 2200 just for it to last me 1 month
Don’t ever buy a car here. The owner David is very unprofessional and unpleasant. He sold me a 2008 bmw that wouldn’t even pass state inspection. I don’t know if he’s aware of MA lemon laws but I will be taking him to court very soon. I paid 4500 for my car to break down multiple time with a 90 span. When I went to test drive the car he stated the car was in perfect condition which it was not. I called and texted David numerous of times to get the car fixed he has yet to reply. So upset right now. Spent 4K on a used car and put 1k into it just for the engine to fail on me 3 months after I purchased it which is 3500 or more to fix. I called the place and they wouldn’t take the car back or even replace it. Very disappointed.
