This place is SHADY!! Apparently, they claim that we had outstanding bill from 2011 that they also claim we called to speak to them about but failed to pay. It was $10! My husband would have paid it at the appointment, like every other appointment he had with them, or we would have paid it over the phone when we got a bill. Now, September 9th, 2019, we receive a bill from them for $60. 8 and a half years AFTER the bill supposedly went out!! They claimed it was turned over to collections and that they have no clue what happen... read more
