susan brown 1 review 5 days ago I live in Flowermound, and bought a Jeep Patriot from Salem Auto. Adel, told me the Jeep had never been in an accident. Upon inspection afterwards, I found out the Jeep had DEFINITELY been in a front end collision and the hood was a completely different color. The bumper was very loose and the front lights were not attached to the car. A PIECE OFJUNK. The lights in the back of the vehicle were glued on. We did not see this at the lot. Adel is a crook he deserves to be deported. He is a liar and will do anything for money!!! don't trust this scumbag! He sold me a vehicle that broke down completely in months, I'll be taking this dirt bag to court. I can't believe I served 10 years in the army fighting in his country, so he could come here and rip people off! no offense to any middle eastern folks at all, but he is one of few that I would send back in a heart beat!
3 hours after I left the lot the check ingine light came on after i had already stated i wanted different car he still sent me off lot in messed up vehicle lied said it would be better after i put few miles on it. Owner was not willing to work with me just wanted more $ from me. Called police after i put up argument for my money almost had me sent to jail. These guys are awesome! I just purchased a car from them and it was priced fair compared to all other dealers. The car was in great condition and most importantly their service was superior. I called them beforehand to explain my horrible credit situation and Adel told me come in and he will take care of me. They got me in the car I wanted and treated me with respect. Highly recommend!
very good treatment, very good deals. bought a car from there and its running very good, also my mother got a car from this shop and its running better than we expected it to be. i advice everyone to check their cars out!
