Edward is fantastic I didn't understand his new England accent however he was warm, kind, helpful. Great customer service.
I never read the reviews if I would have I never would have even entered this dealership. The owner is a joke the vehicle he sold me was not what I thought it would have been. The Camry had a bad cat piss odor. I found receipts in the car which means that they where using the car for personal use . Him and his ex_wife use the cars as they please. I really wanted the Subaru in the lot but once I found out he took the car to cape code earlier in the day..No thanks omg.. After the car was on display for 4995 he got 7995 for it ... read more
I had a similar experience as the other person who commented. There's no rust but the car had definitely been in a front end accident that I was not informed of and has lots of work to be done. I took the car to his mechanic in Lynn to have warrenty stuff done because he refused to let my regular mechanic do work on it. The mechanic was also shady and hardly spoke any English. I honestly don't even think they fixed the problem because my car still makes noise and now my oil light is on too.
