Absolutely terrible experience with Silver Lining Psychiatry. The level of unprofessionalism from the staff and office manager was shocking. My appointment was canceled only 30 minutes before I was supposed to be seen, after I had already planned my day around it. When I called to get answers, instead of helping, I was told I was “holding up their phone lines.” That is not how you treat patients who are simply trying to understand why their appointment was canceled last minute. Dr Parvos is unprofessional , late , and rude. His "office staff" is incompetent. Avoid this person.
Dr. Parvez is excellent! He is efficient and detail oriented, and only wants to help. Between the month to month visits, he keeps things short and sweet. Great for if you are looking for a professional who works quickly!
