Never again!! I ordered a grilled on 6/13/25 and and wing on 6/15/25. It’s 8/16/25 to this day they are still not here. I’ve spoken to 2 different people at Saleen 1 via email and the other via facebook. Daniel told me when I placed the orders that the grille was in stock and I would get a tracking once shipped, told me the wing had to be made. After a couple weeks I emailed again checking in as that almost $1900… Daniel said the grilles would be coming in 2 weeks (back in early July) and then the next email which was 8/5/25... read more
They never answer the phone, no matter what time during the day you call. Ordered a part from them 2 months ago, was told it'd be 3 weeks before it was shipped, called 2 weeks after the 3 week mark to be told that itd be another week before it was shipped, now here it is two going on three weeks past that and still no email stating it has been shipped and they will not answer the phone.
Parts are subpar to saleen standards in my opinion my windshield banner started to crack and peel after only a year, and shipping is to slow .
Terrible people to deal with and very rude i would never use again and they take forever
I put one because I couldn't put less. Order times one to two weeks for products in stock received in two installments, one after 6 weeks and the other after 9. Twice the customs fees. I asked to cancel before sending and was told no it was a special order. An amateur site, no commercial gesture either... In addition, one of the shock absorbers leaks when unpacking with basic protection. In short, to avoid absolutely, I will never order from them again. "performance" they must not know the definition of this word
