THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER USED NO EXAGGERATION. Sent a supercharger in for service, they told me it would take a month. It has now been EIGHT MONTHS of them lying, dodging calls, and all around incompetence and I still have no idea IF let alone when I will ever get my supercharger back. Words cannot describe how terrible this shop is. Currently looking at suing them for breach of DTPA. STAY AWAY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A COMPLETED SERVICE WITHIN THE SAME YEAR.
Well, I’d be lying if I said my experience was any different than what you can read here. Placed a $3,700+ order on May 16th and been chasing Saleen ever since. Recently filled a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and just yesterday sent a certified letter to Mr. Steve Saleen (Demand letter) for an alleged “material breach of contract” under California Civil law. The worst company I have dealt with with when it becomes to parts I order 2 parts the cost me 2k pro pieces of plastic and there’s guy saying oh you order custom parts. It would take four weeks and if I wouldn’t contact them after two weeks of no receiving my order and pain overnight shipping, I wouldn’t know if my parts will ever arrive so don’t buy parts from these people they only lie and now they’re refusing to give you my refund of $2000 for two pieces of plastic.
Terrible company. Lied and said item was already shipped when I wanted to cancel. I saw reviews and didnt want to do business with a crap company. It never shipped, they finally canceled order, but now will not put the refund through. OMG. Next is BBB and then internet fraud fbi team if it's not put through within a few days here. WoW!
Saleen Automotives ordered 85 jackets from us for their customers. We shipped them out in good faith but they have not yet remitted payment for them. Its been over 4 months and we get one excuse after another - and now they are not taking our calls. Find it hard to beleive how companies like this can continue to be in business.
