They never answer the phone, no matter what time during the day you call. Ordered a part from them 2 months ago, was told it'd be 3 weeks before it was shipped, called 2 weeks after the 3 week mark to be told that itd be another week before it was shipped, now here it is two going on three weeks past that and still no email stating it has been shipped and they will not answer the phone.
Parts are subpar to saleen standards in my opinion my windshield banner started to crack and peel after only a year, and shipping is to slow .
Terrible people to deal with and very rude i would never use again and they take forever
I put one because I couldn't put less. Order times one to two weeks for products in stock received in two installments, one after 6 weeks and the other after 9. Twice the customs fees. I asked to cancel before sending and was told no it was a special order. An amateur site, no commercial gesture either... In addition, one of the shock absorbers leaks when unpacking with basic protection. In short, to avoid absolutely, I will never order from them again. "performance" they must not know the definition of this word
I don't know why it's so freaking hard to get some one at this place to get information on parts for my saleen mustang. Guessing costumers are no longer valuable after the purchase of a saleen mustang. Or maybe you no longer need our money or our loyalty for upgrades sales. We are forgotten once our saleen is not the newest . Very disappointed and feeling betrayed by Saleen and our loyalty only goes so far.
