Ordered a cab and tailgate spoiler for a build I'm doing. I was told 2-4 wheels. Almost 3 months in now and i'm being told another 2-3 weeks. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. I call multiple times a day with no answer. I'm not sure how a business can operate like this. But, they have gone bankrupt multiple times
It has been nearly 2 years since I purchased a new Saleen. While the vehicle is great, the customer service is absolutely abysmal. When I purchased the vehicle, I was informed I would recieve a welcoming kit from Saleen that includes a one year subscription to Team Saleen and a T-Shirt. Ordered brake pads dec.2025, kept receiving emails stating will ship this week, never shipped, they claimed couldnt get refund do to it being a special order… march 2026 I had credit card company deal with them, on same day I received 3 emails one stated shipping this week, next shipping today, third email stated order cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances… ADVICE.. Do not deal with them.. low to no integrity…you will be disappointed…
