After plenty failed trade attempts with the dealerships in Goldsboro, AJ and his manager Jeff were able to get me into a 24’ Bronco Raptor. Jeff was very honest and informative about the numbers. Both of them were not pushy into trying to get me to pull my credit and didn’t make any promises they couldn’t keep. I’m happy with the outcome.
Service Center!!! Had my truck towed to the service center Monday 02/10/2024. I called ahead to let them know that my SUV would not start keeps saying Key not detected. My SUV has a spot you can place the key in to make it start when the key is not detected , that didn’t work either. I would steer clear of this dealership. The car was not properly represented in the ad, features were broken or all together missing. The sales-person was not friendly. The sales-manager was not friendly. Both were presumptuous and rude. The car itself, had a lot of problems. The check engine light was on. When I asked about the BMW salesperson said, "That is what you get when you buy a German car." Professional staff, timely service
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took nearly 3 hours and I’ve had Ford Mobile service in the past when I lived in Wilmington do the same service in 1/2 the time.. also not leave oil everywhere in my interior.. In addition, not only did they take long, but when I got into my vehicle there was oil all over the door panel, steering wheel, center console, and thank goodness none on my seats..
