Well, the third time was a charm. The part that was ordered for my 23-year-old baby finally arrived (shipment was delayed) and I was contacted soon afterwards for installation as promised. The people at this service department stick to their word and follow through. I faced the fact that my baby is getting older and OEM parts will be harder to find for her. "The pain we must endure for being a BMW aficionado". I highly recommend BMW of Kinston.
