Buyers Beware. Do not go here! This is the first time that I have financed a car. I was approved for a GMC ‘15 Terrain. The car was delivered to me with the tpi sensor light on. The salesman Erick Hernandez promised via text that if the sensor did not go off after 100 miles that I can bring it in to be fixed under the maintenance agreement. I would steer clear of this dealership. The car was not properly represented in the ad, features were broken or all together missing. The sales-person was not friendly. The sales-manager was not friendly. Both were presumptuous and rude. The car itself, had a lot of problems. The check engine light was on. When I asked about the BMW salesperson said, "That is what you get when you buy a German car." When asked about the rust and missing pieces I was told by the manager that those are cosmetic and will not be fixed or replace... read more
