After an alignment from this shop my tie rod fell off while driving on the highway. Avoid this place at all cost. Edit: After further inspection, there were more loose bolts. This is absolutely dangerous.
Never going back and don't recommend it to anyone. I went in to get my alignment and suspension done and that same day the bolt in the caliper flew out, locking the tire and messing it up. I had to get dragged to a nearby shop that was able to help me. On top of that the steering wheel was still crooked and left my sway bars loose. A bunch of re-work that they should have done right from the beginning definitely don't go here.
I do not recommend them even 1% the owner is irresponsible, a liar, charges a lot and does not finish the work and besides, he never answers the cell phone or the messages 100% negative
Went in for a full diagnosis on my car and only got a computer reading which I was charged 60 for. I was told I would find out exactly where the problem was ON top of the codes, because I was denying the service if it was only codes. I told them I didn’t want that I could go to autozone and get that for Free. That’s why I came to the ELECTRIC SHOP with expertise in the field.
