Called this company looking for some parts for my staplers. The man I spoke with was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what parts I was looking for. He had them in stock and sent them out right away along with the 2 staplers I ordered. Shipped very fast and I got it within 3 days.
Great service and sales advice. Very quick shipping, like the biodegradable packaging.
The product was great...well except it only lasted for two years! I think a $400 stapler should last more than that. My issue mostly with Salco is I sent the stapler back for repairs (which was not cheap in shipping charges) I called them a couple of days after they received it...The guy on the phone tells me he couldn't find anything wrong with the stapler. I explained to him what it was doing he said he would look at it again and call me back that day...11 days later still no phone call. I give one star because I like the ... read more
