I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk receptionist at this office. She was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional during my interaction. I felt ignored and spoken to disrespectfully while trying to get help with my appointment, questions and medical needs. She insisted on being ignorant of my needs. Medical offices should treat patients with compassion and professionalism, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. Good experience D.O.T physical was nice and easy
My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing. The assistant took about four months to process a referral to a specialist, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I finally received the referral, they sent me to a doctor who has nothing to do with my medical condition. This resulted in a significant waste of both time and money.
