Very nice building. The front staff are always professional. You get to the back and I've never seen the same provider twice, that ok until this last visit. I am suffering from anxiety due to my husband d.x of stage 4 cancer without a good prognosis. She had no bed side manner, no empathy, just flat told me I need a psychiatrist. Dr Salcido doesn't prescribe sleep or anxiety meds. Our oncology team said to see my GP that they would have compassion and help me overcome this short term issue. I have been with this office for years and as a nurse myself and pt I have received the same service Nurses never return calls when messages are left. As a nurse I have left messages that my pt has an elevated blood pressure or high blood sugar. Now I have been without a diabetes medication for 4 weeks and I had to call the manager twice . Finally called my insurance the excuse from the office was they did not have my Rx info mind you I have been receiving this meds for years . Absolutely do not recommend.
If you want to be disrespected when you are sick, this is your clinic! There is no worse place in the whole USA!!!! A person in pain and an endless wait in the waiting room, and no one tells you anything, they just tell you to wait more and more... I left there after 2 hours and WITHOUT SERVICE! And they still call themselves an emergency clinic, because when I called they told me to go and said they would solve my problem!!! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!
