I am only writing this bc of my realtor Jon Veneziano. As a person who has a large profile of properties many of which Jon sold all and found the perfect deals.. All but 20 percent was left and were sold at asking price or higher even with hard buyers. He also caught hidden costs my broker and even lawyer didn't see. Saved me thousands on that job alone .
