I wish that I could give a MILLION STARS!!!!!!!! From the time I walked in I was BLOWN AWAY by the EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't remember the gentleman's name who booked my appointment, but he asked to see my hair prior to booking my appointment and knew exactly who to book me with me that could help me with my hair texture. STEVEN was TRULY PHENOMENAL!!!! And that is such an understatement for the ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service that I experienced from him.
