We used Salazar about 10 years ago for a new roof and all was well however, we contacted them again in April 2023 to have a vent replaced , they came out gave us an estimate, said it would be a couple of weeks. We waited, then they said Shawnee tornado was throwing them behind, we waited. Been a year, still waiting! Guess they only like big jobs that drag in big money.
I cannot begin to say what a great experience we had with Salazar roofing. We requested estimates from 6 different contractors. One never showed up, two came but never presented estimates, one estimate was outrageous, and one was just vague. Our house is 3 stories and 130 years old. Salazar's people came when they said they would, took photos via drone, explained exactly their process, and gave us an estimate (very reasonable), on the spot. By far the best of the lot. Called to schedule an inspection, never made return contact. Reached out again, scheduled an inspection, never showed up.
