I scheduled an annual physical exam with this gentleman, this is required at my job to keep my current insurance price the same. I went and got the physical done, but he will not release my results until I PAY for another visit, just to speak about the results. I told the rude ladies at the front desk that it seemed they just wanted to charge me a second time, they said it is their clinic policy and they wont give me results until i pay a second time. This place is awful.

Dr Salazar has no idea how to deal with a lot of things she might be good in some things but one is not PTSD she wants to think she knows it all and probably one of the worst Dr ever had in my life I had a previous doctor that moved out and she became my new doctor like always wants to change up the medicine and act like she knows better so I asked her to give me my medicine to find a new doctor she filled it and then took it away she doesn't care about nothing but her on stats
extremely rude!! front desk lady is even worse!! extremely dirty and unprofessional settings. do not recommend this dr AT ALL!!!! his knowledge medical wise is good but his attitude and way to treat is patients and staff is horrible. his front desk help..an older lady that seems like his wife is the worst ever!!! rude ignorant and thinks she owns the place has no manners or education at all. this dr should not even be opened. over all the only thing going for them is that they can see you the same day because they're not bus... read more
