Dr. Frank and his staff are really nice, quick to schedule Dr. Frank was recommended and I see why. Very willing to answer questions, gave good follow-up, seemed knowledgeable. His office staff was friendly, funny, and understand how to treat people like people. PROS: Quick appointments, nice people, good follow-up CONS: None
We did get the best care here This was my favorite place to take my son. He got awesome medical care. When I needed to find him a new Doctor. I found Dr. Bruce in my book. He was not taking on new patients. I called and asked if he would take my son since I was once his patient. And he did. First appointment and he was willing do do ear tubes for us. my baby didn't cry I was thrilled to find a place that truly took the time to get to know my child's needs. They didn't just prescribe something right off the bat. They didn't rush me and made sure I was comfortable with what was happening to my child.
