I agreed to time and materials for a simple plumbing job to add service for a washing machine. The ******************** lines and drain piping was extended by 6 feet. The plumber was respectful and professional and the job was completed to my satisfaction. The plumber was onsite from 9:00AM to 2:45PM. Right off the batt the receptionist could not remember the minimal info I gave her, I had to repeat 3 times, then she scheduled me in for the following week. That was a no show. I called again and the receptionist they had an emergency. Now I had another appointment scheduled for the next week. I I I called them early in the morning of my appointment.
