The staff were wonderful! The doctor and hygienist were both very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job! Wasn't nearly as bad as I would have expected for not seeing a dentist for 8 years. I highly recommend this office! Edit: They kind of pressure you into leaving a positive review after the first visit. In subsequent visits they continually try to convince you that you need unnecessary things for lots of money, and spring procedures on you in the moment. Nova Smile always take good care of me. They make sure I keep up on my appointments and everyone at the office is so polite and professional. The doctor also takes great care of me and shows that she really cares about my dental health.
While I’d like to give more stars since the staff are very friendly and the office is clean and modern, my experience was miserable. I went in for a routine cleaning and checkup, and now over two months later, my teeth are still in pain. I was pressured into a “deep cleaning” because my insurance covered it—despite my protests that I just wanted a routine cleaning, since I was already dealing with complications from an eye surgery and the last thing I needed was any further medical trauma.
