Sitting at the chef’s table is truly dinner and a show. Each dish was better than the last, and the service is wonderful. I highly recommend the cocktail with whiskey, tonic and apricot! Best I’ve had.
I visited this chef's new restaurant several years ago. I am from out of town and heard lots of great things about his restaurants. On our entrance r to the restaurant I introduced myself and shook his hand and told him how happy I was to be there. He was quite gracious, but went straight to preparing food without washing his hands including handling vegetables without washing or gloves. To me this speaks of arrogance as if normal rules do not apply and so not shocked by recent events....
