Upon arrival it appears that someone had used out toilet and not flushes, our kitchen had splatters of some white substance all over the cupboards. We were told our dish washer was unusable, there were screws and the like from building maintenance in the laundry cupboard. There are marks all over one of the walls, like dirty black finger prints. Had an enjoyable & comfortable stay at these apartments. Our room had a spa bath with a pleasant view of the park. Kitchen facilities were good with stove top, dishwasher & microwave pots pans etc. Within close proximity to good restaurants & Salamanca market. Also included breakfast at Gigis Cafe downstairs
Everything to love about this hotel - location, service and beautifully appointed apartments. Washer/dryer a welcome addition when travelling for more than a few days. Staff are so lovely. Going back for more VERY soon ☺️☺️
