Had seen the doctor 2 minuets to get a result and got charged $90.The receptionist was pretty rude!
The doctor I saw was lovely however, the receptionists were rude and unhelpful- by far the worst service I have encountered. They clearly have no idea about customer service or patient centred care- disgraceful.
I miss Dr. Yong :(
Very disappointed with the service at this centre. Doctor was extremely unfriendly and the examination of my 4 year old was the absolute bare minimum. The cost of this appointment was $100 of which $37 was rebated via medicare. And to make matters worse the advice were given was incorrect and almost resulted in us having to spend an extra 2k to extend our stay in Hobart. Would definitely NOT recommend this centre
