Love this place. Always items on sale .Great friendly staff
Ordered $100 arrangement for a cancer patient. Delivery driver showed up smoking a cigarette and the arrangement smell like cigarette smoke. In addition, it look nothing like the picture on 1-800-FLOWERS. Incredibly disappointed! Update: The flowers (Lilies) were shriveled up and discolored the morning after it was delivered. :(
Flower arrangement for my mom's funeral were delivered damaged. Salal sent a florist to my house to repair the arrangement and save the day. They are an amazing class act. Thanks!
