I have refrained from leaving a bad review in hopes they would work with me in having a billing resolution but they have proven they won’t. I’ve emailed the owner Theresa directly, and communicated via their text line with no reply. Bottom line is their billing department is horrible. I keep getting statements when I have insurance and given them my information multiple times and told them what they needed to fix in their claim for my insurance to cover it. I was feeling anxious about starting counseling, but Teresa immediately put me at ease. She was caring, understanding, and patient throughout the entire process. I found her to be highly professional, and her wonderful sense of humor helped lighten the mood when it was needed most. Teresa is a snake. I'm a sexual assault victim and while in session, she asked questions about the physical sensations while I was being raped right after I started therapy with her- incredibly inappropriate! She went so far as to ask me and my mom (So 2 witnesses) how to perform a sexual act that she wanted to learn to do KNOWING full well that I had sexual trauma.
