I’m so grateful for my counselor, Liz. We built a strong rapport so quickly, and her guidance has truly helped me integrate practical tools into my daily life that allow me to be more mindful, present, and grounded.
I’ve been doing talk therapy, ART and EMDR with Teresa and she has completely changed my life. I’ve experienced healing I didn’t think was possible. I only wish I’d gone to her sooner. I absolutely LOVE my therapist, Teresa! I found her at one of my lowest points in my life. I can say she literally saved my life. I feel listened to and understood. I feel that she genuinely cares. We did some EMDR sessions and I feel that it really helped me overcome some of my childhood traumas and has tremendously helped me work through my recent divorce. Teresa and the staff at Salais Counseling is absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend them.
