Teresa is a snake. I'm a sexual assault victim and while in session, she asked questions about the physical sensations while I was being raped right after I started therapy with her- incredibly inappropriate! She went so far as to ask me and my mom (So 2 witnesses) how to perform a sexual act that she wanted to learn to do KNOWING full well that I had sexual trauma. This was my first time ever really doing therapy and it was such a great experience. David is an amazing listener and made me feel heard and validated while also giving really great advice in helping me through my day to day life. Highly recommend this place and David.
I had a very frustrating experience with this office regarding billing and payments. After my HRA account issued payment directly to them, they still charged over $300 from my personal account. I provided documentation showing the payment had been made, including confirmation and a check number. Additionally, my insurance provider contacted them multiple times to verify that the claim was paid. Despite this, they continued to insist that no payment had been received.
