My two daughters att3nd here, no big issue with the therapist. However, customer service and management are awful!! They pulled out over $1000 from my account without submitting claims to my insurance ( verified with my insurance) charging me self pay prices at 175.00. Im still fighting on getting refunded and still haven't heard (sent multiple messages) if I can schedule my kids appointments without being charged self pay. My daughter's mental is suffering greatly and they don't seem to care one bit.

Jennifer Edwards repeatedly brought up the same points without offering new insight, making sessions feel stagnant and unproductive. She showed clear bias, lacked neutrality, and often came across as culturally insensitive. I left feeling unheard and more frustrated than helped. Not recommended for couples seeking respectful, balanced, and effective support.

I wish I could give zero stars. So many things wrong with this business. I could go on and on. The biggest problem is the lack of common sense with all employees including Teresa.
