Absolutely amazing. I got caught in traffic so I showed up at 5:30am for a 6am appointment. The guy saw me pull up and opened the gate and told me to back in the area and they would unload me. Within minutes they had a pallet jack in the trailer and a forklift emptying my trailer. Extremely good people here.
The guy is kind enough to let some friends of mine and myself sit in the shade on his front lawn once in a while. To me that makes him a hero
Nice folks. They open at 06:00. Backing is done from the street. There is no ramp or door to back onto. Just take your time with it, and DON'T HIT THEIR FENCE! There is visible damage to the fence and building overhang from drivers not doing proper backings. Parking is allowed on the North side of Hedges steet, but not the South side. There are turnarounds on N Crystal Ave and N Hulbert Ave, which are the streets just East and West.There are quite a few homeless people camped out here.
