They have good Restroom I checked in 10 am for 11 am appointment They said Wait Now It’s 12:20 PM still waiting to get unloaded They don’t follow their own rules about appointments Looks It’s 1st come 1st serve no appointment Just joke about appointment
The waiting time is long. Check-in is easy. But in my experience, unloading takes a long time.
Quick unloaded and good docking station
Checked in at 0750 for 8am appt. Staff assigned dock, I slid tandems & removed red line. Within 20 mins trailer was empty. Splendid work. Carl's Jr. on Shaw Ave has somewhat room for very few trucks otherwise park at your own risk on dirt lot outside facility.
Very good people here office open at 6 am Kevin give me a door right away and also give a door to other 3 drivers in less than 5 minutes jimmy load me up in 35 minutes full load and Jaime had my paperwork ready for me overall 1 hour in and out thanks guys definitely coming back, overnight parking outside facility on dirt lot office open at 6 am
