The place was clean. The fries were decent. The sweet tea was good. However, when I ate my baked potato with steak and cheese, it felt bland. I just didn't want to finish it. Also, the server told me to sit whereever I wanted so I sat at one of the bigger tables since the entire place is empty. But she told me that I should move in case a large group would show up.
Absolutely poor customer service. Rude and challenging. The owner was inappropriate and very confrontational when we decided not to eat there. Wish I could give the benefit of the doubt here, but in this situation they were very much in the wrong.
I'm a vegan/ pescitarian what's better than. Great piece of grilled salmon on a Big Salad ... I live in NY ..you couldn't touch his salad for less than 20$ ... It's a winner..
We are from out of town and a coworker of my husband suggested trying this place out. We love supporting anything local, but today we weren't pleased. The customer service was awkward to say the least, my husband's wrap was too soggy to eat, and there was loud management conversation while we were dining. I had a veggie wrap and fries which was very good, but now my stomach is wrecked. With this place being the only new addition to my diet in the past two days, I'm confident it's the culprit.
