I visit this location today for the 1st time. Naomi the manager is exceptional. super friendly and so professional. She is a great asset to your team.
The girl at the counter is extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing great customer service she never greeted me, she didn’t listen to my order that I had to repeat several times, she made a mistake with my order. She gave me massive attitude. She stood behind the counter talking with her coworkers who’ve all of them were on their phone and more occupied by gossiping and laughing instead of helping me with my order. Store does not seal bags for delivery through DoorDash Uber eats or GrubHub so do not order from them. Food could easily be tampered with.
The falafel wrap would be top notch if they offered tahini sauce.
