The franchise has sadly gone downhill. The quality is not what it once was. And the new “small size” of $8?! When did this greedy shrinkflation happen? This use to be an amazing alternative as a healthy and affordable option. This CEO and ownership team are making some mistakes.
Super disappointed. Today was the 2nd time I've gone here and they were closed during business hours. They just had a construction cone in the driveway so you cant drive in. I went to the mobile order pick up. Rang the bell. A lady came to the window and said they are closed and will reopen at 9 am tomorrow.
