I’ve been getting my taxes done by them for years. They’ve also done my mothers who also went on to recommend them to others. Both Ally and Scott have been very helpful in assisting me with my 1099 despite me not being the most organized. They’ve managed to save me a lot of money making it easy to keep Coming back yearly. They’re very communicative and prompt I highly recommend!
If I could give less than one star, I would. Rotten horrible people there. We had our taxes done with Salabsky Financial services since 2017 (through 2023). My husband and I make a very modest living. We live paycheck to paycheck. In April of 2024 we received a CP2000 notice from the IRS, stated that we owe over 6K, from 2022. We had difficulty getting a call back from Scott, or anyone, so we made an appointment. We were assured it would be "no big deal" and they would take care of it. Dealing with taxes is always very stressful & annoying to deal with but fortunately I found these great people to help me navigate through it, especially Allison!! Thank you so much for being kind and patient with me during the process!! Will be using again next year!
I met with Scott for an in-person financial planning consultation and was told I’d receive an email with next steps and a cost breakdown. I never received it. About six months later, I called to follow up and was told the email had been sent to the wrong address and would be re-sent. Weeks passed with no message. I called again and was told Scott would follow up, but I never heard back. Unfortunately, I never received the information I was promised and couldn’t move forward. Very disappointing experience.
