I stopped by not too long ago and came in looking for a “pink” themed bouquet to bring to one of best friend’s birthday dinner tonight and I must say that the entire service and interaction was 10/10! I believe I was helped by Jen who is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for the lovely bouquet. the roses also smell lovely! Sala Floral will definitely be my go-to stop for flower arrangements.

Edit: Looks like admitting what you actually said to a customer is harder than writing a polished public response. Your sarcastic "Yes, customers can decide for themselves" reply was especially interesting—as if I had made up the glare, the tone, and the "You should've come earlier" comment for absolutely no reason. I had a positive experience on my first visit but the second time around, I decided I’d rather go somewhere else. I was looking to create a bouquet and the person I dealt with was so dismissive. She sounded so annoyed with me and kept on saying “that’s all we have!” She kept on asking me what I was looking for while I was trying to decide. When I told her I’d been to her store before to put together a bouquet, she then replied with “I know, I remember you!” I just left and will never return again.
Bought flowers yesterday at 4pm. The staff were nice. Good arrangement. Just hoped it would last longer. Some of the flowers already wilted this morning. Maybe I could have taken care of it better but I’m pretty surprised because this doesn’t typically happen when I buy flowers.
