One of my insured hit a vehicle and when vehicle was brought into this shop they violated all rules and regulations. They were submitting supplements and approving themselves and in the end they let my insurance company accumulate heavy charges on rental. They were extremely rude to the appraiser and he refused to come to the shop and work with them. Please avoid as they admit to profiting off insurance companies.
