HORTENCIA FLORES has helped me feel safe, understood, and comfortable opening up without feeling judged. She listens carefully and helps me calm my thoughts instead of staying stuck in my head. One technique she taught me was grounding myself by naming five things around me, and that has really helped with my anxiety and overthinking. So friendly. Good bedside manners. Rexplained everything. Asked if we had questions. Answered everything in a way. we understood . Then summarized everything. Great visit. Very satisfied with the care and the answers I got from my concerns.
I am very comfortable and feel at home with Catina. She is an amazing person and a good listener. We switched to phone visits and I look forward to my conversations with her. I give her 5 stars across the board.
Cantina is the most beautiful person. I have been with her for one year. She knows her medicine also. Always smiling and very happy.
