I'm very very disappointed with the customer service they provide. Back in August, after hurricane Harvey happened, I called to ask for some extra time to make my payment. Well today they took the payment out of my bank account and now my account is at -80$. Also, have to mention how my payment has gone up Every time they renew my policy. I started paying 91$ back in August 2016 and now I'm paying 168$
As of now I have they have provide me with the best rates with my insurances. We have know them for years. They're awesome we really recommend them.
