I am so happy I went with this company to install laminate in my apartment. Jean Philippe came out within days of contacting him to do a consultation where he brought lots of samples for me to check out . After choosing a lovely color he bought the materials & I anxiously waited for them to arrive . My materials ending up coming in early & he went out of his way to get me an instal that same week !!! JP was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We needed a carpet replacement on the upper story plus stairs on our house, and he was very easy to communicate with every step of the way. He worked with us to find the best carpet that fit our budget and matched the wall colors. The crew was very skilled and completed the job in a timely manner, and made sure we were fully satisfied with the carpet. Project went well over budget and took a week to complete instead of two days. I live in a studio so they cut the planks inside my unit which caused dust and debris to go everywhere: pictures, electronics, walls, doors, furniture, you name it. They neglect to cover your personal property. Instead of sending out a professional cleaning crew he sends his sister who did nothing. He then proceeds to leave her for two hours while he is completing another job. The cleaning crew Sal-Hai eventually sent over did a fair job. Everyday... read more
