I always feel so at home here, Debbie and family are so friendly, welcoming, thank you! The pasta is arguably the best in New Jersey, especially the Vodka Rigatoni and Spaghetti Vongole. My favourite restaurant in Ewing!
Sal de Fortes treats you like family, where you’ve been there before or it’s your first visit. I had one of the new specials last night, a spinach and goat cheese stuffed chicken breast with risotto and grilled asparagus. It was to die for. The stuffing was so good that I could have had a bowl of just that. Our server was excellent as usual. All in all, a wonderful and relaxing meal.
I had the Alfredo with chicken cordon bleu. I give it a 10!
Always enjoyed Sals in the Burg & continue to enjoy so many of their dishes! Debbie, Russell, JoAnn, Cathy, Charlie .... everyone continues to treat us like royalty! Love the blue cheese bread, hot spicy seafood antipasto, zuppa de Pesci, rustica...,
Wonderful food but short on wait staff. We were a group of 16 and everyone loved their entrees. Thanks to Debbie for working with our group! We'll be back.
