They are the worst horrible
Please do not pick or trust this company. Please note that all positive review was at least year ago. This company currently can not be reach by any means. They took my insurance money then never do the work, nor even communicate with me at all. This place is a fraud. Be aware
Absolute crooks. Hagel claims and sal construction is same company. Hagel claims is in breech of contract andcashed our check back in 2023. Owner of Hagel Claims . It will now be theft over 10,000 if not returned!! They have been contacted numerous times to return our money
***3rd Edit: It has been less than 2 years and the roof has failed (leaks) in the areas around the skylight that we were originally concerned about. The crew that they knowingly hired did not address the ice and water shield installation concerns we had, nor the damage to the skylights that also included damage to the interior of the home. Do not hire this company! Plaster is falling from my ceiling because they did not have any idea how to shingle and flash around a chimney! These people should be in jail instead of being in business. Plus, they don’t answer their phone.
