I have been to this spa a few times. Each visit, the place was very clean and everyone was very friendly and professional. Kay always remembers my sholder and back injury and works those areas with great care.
My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage, and we both had complaints. Our 2 ladies were talking in another language and laughing quite a bit during our session. We felt very uncomfortable, like they were talking about us, because at one point he felt 3 hands on his feet lol. We have had several massages before, but this was our first time here so we felt like the massage was subpar. They didn't even ask if we had any problem areas.
