Please I mean PLEASE DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. they will charge u extra for no reason and thinks you will not notice it. The lady at the front seat have a nasty attitude it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. Thinks she can disrespect customers and don’t get disrespect back. Before I left I told them the vechile smelled like smoked and it had all kinds of damages to it she informed me everything was already documented. Tried charging me smoking fees. 今回初めてこちらでレンタカーをお借りしました。手続きがとてもスムーズで、受付のスタッフの方も終始丁寧に対応してくださり、安心感がありました。説明も分かりやすく、不安なく出発することができました。 また、車両はとても清潔に管理されており、車内も快適で第一印象から大満足です。細かい気配りが行き届いていて、お店全体の雰囲気も良く、安心して利用できると感じました。これからのドライブが楽しみですし、返却まで安心してお任せできると確信しています。 初めて利用する方でも安心して借りられるお店だと思います。今後も旅行や出張の際には、ぜひ利用したいと思います。

Came here with no reservation. Joe (I think that was his name) was helping me with the booking, he patiently waited while I had to figure out my ICBC insurance stuff on the phone. He was extremely patient, professional and friendly! The rental went super smoothly. The car we got was a Toyota Camry that was very clean and great on gas. Return was super simple as well and the price I was quoted from the beginning was the price I paid. My deposit was released quickly as well. Life Savers! I'm From Florida, & I Ordered From The Wrong Rental In Las Vegas Through Expedia. They Took Almost $200 from me n refused a refund. SAKURA CAME N SAVED THE DAY! $200 Credit Card Deposit Needed, Versus The $500 Thank God. Didn't Get The Red Dodge Charger I Ordered From Fox, But Sakura Got Me Where I Needed To Be $100 Per Day. Never Ordering From Fox Again, Thieves!! THANK YOU SAKURA!
