Since when does it take 2 hours for a gel manicure and pedicure?! Even the color variety were disappointing. This used to be my go-to I haven't been here in a while but a lot has changed sadly it's quality of service. And as I'm trying to pay they had the nerve to try to sucker me into tipping more... as if I even want to tip. Update: Your response wasn't for me. Must have me confused with another unhappy customer. By the way, the UV gel started peeling.

I go to this place for manicures and always have a great experience. The staff is very nice and hardworking, the salon is clean, and there’s usually no wait—especially during the week. I prefer going on weekdays to avoid the weekend crowds.

My wife definitely go there at least once a month. I will say they have a good sense of aesthetics and skills because my wife always show me her new nails that I actually like them so much.

I recently went in with my little daughter to get a pedicure and gel removal and a mani/pedi for a $5 year old and they over charged me. When I tried to ask why these prices they were dismissive and rude. I will never go back or recommend this place. So many other nicer places in the area.
