I had such a wonderful, relaxing experience at Sakura Nails! I went in for a mani and pedi, and everything from start to finish was great. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made it easy to unwind, and the staff was attentive and professional the entire time. They do a good job but they do not clean their equipment. They use fans filled with the previous person’s nail dust don’t even bother to clean it. They don’t clean their drills or anything. I would consider going back if they actually sanitized things. Bacteria can lead to serious infections in the nails even amputation and it’s not worth the risk. Nasty.

Since when does it take 2 hours for a gel manicure and pedicure?! Even the color variety were disappointing. This used to be my go-to I haven't been here in a while but a lot has changed sadly it's quality of service. And as I'm trying to pay they had the nerve to try to sucker me into tipping more... as if I even want to tip. Update: Your response wasn't for me. Must have me confused with another unhappy customer. By the way, the UV gel started peeling.
