The worst store, worst online store, worst customer service ever! Never shop there - you will never receive your order, and then no apologies or solution offered! Truly, Saks - sucks!
Did not see **one** employee working there after walking through the entire store. The lights were dim and the atmosphere was one of desolation and bleakness. The racks looked haphazard with few clothing items dangling down almost falling off the plastic hangers. The selection was strangely arranged on the floor in a dizzying and ineffective way. The prices were very high (supposed to be a discount store). It almost felt like I was in an episode of the twilight zone, where mannequins might start talking to me. I actually did... read more
