Cashier was really nice. Good deals. Big store. Needs more merchandise especially shoes. Come on Saks. Ladies need shoes!!
Brand names are really going down in quality
Just called the business office in Charlotte. Didn’t mean to call them; I was looking for the department store, and she hung up on me. Called back; the manager answered the phone and made excuses for her. Saying the phone aren’t working well. SMH; poor customer service is an understatement.
