I visited the store looking for nothing in particular but found a beautiful pair of earrings thanks to Terri in the jewelry section. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful; she made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I encountered an employee there while shopping. He was very overbearing and seemed to be shadowing me heavily while shopping. I think he may have been a manager. He wouldn’t let me shop in peace and quite frankly he was over stepping his boundaries by being in my personal space and attempted to hug me without permission. I know he may have meant well but it felt inappropriate.
Very difficult staff, especially at the register. Harassed when I returned with an item that they neglecged to take the anti-theft off of. Unable to process gift cards from a Google wallet. General lack of abilities and initiative. Some good deals in the basement.
Stopped by a few weeks ago to do a return and had a great experience thanks to Gerson and Nejat helping me! I am so happy they made it so easy.
