Customer service people are rude and impolite
Just came from this location wanting to use my Off Fifth Rewards on an item and a female manager said I couldn't use it. Looked up the exact same item online and the rewards code applied with no problem. It's not clear why they couldn't even try to apply it in store. Plus there just isn't a lot to choose from in this store. I especially noticed a lot of the shoe racks were very empty. This is not a good location and I would not go back here.
Staff were courteous and respectful.
